Artists Develop Art Making Skills: I learned how to use some of the art tools to make one of my objects on my totem spoon. I had made a peace sign and it was very difficult to cut out the left over clay on the inside of the peace sign. I used a very precise knife to cut it out. I really didn't get to gain much skill through one of the tools. I'm still trying to get familiar with some of the clay tools again.

Artists Communicate Through Their Work:
My work is intending to express things about me. Issues that I'm examining in my artwork is trying to construct my handle to my spoon. My artwork is about how I love music, and how I faith, hope, and love as my values, and how I LOVE food! Artists Reflect: I stepped back and looked at my work after I finished my spoon part. I tried to have an idea what I wanted to do before but I changed some things. |
